Ombudsmen

Stockholm should be a city where people can lead independent lives with a high quality and good health. This is what the City’s ombudsmen strives to ensure.

The Ombudsman for Children, the Ombudsman for the Disabled and the Ombudsman for the Elderly must gather and disseminate knowledge in their respective areas. They must also make sure the City is meeting its commitments and support departments and companies in their work to create better conditions for children, the elderly and people with disabilities.
