AB Stockholmshem is a public housing company that owns and lets housing and premises in Stockholm.
Stockholmshem was founded in 1937. Since then, it has been one of the biggest actors in Stockholm’s expansion and growth.
The elected representatives on AB Stockholmshem’s Executive Board make decisions on behalf of the company. AB Stockholmshem must then execute these decisions.

AB Stockholmshem is led by CEO Åsa Wigfeldt. The company consists of three divisions, Housing and Premises, Construction and Engineering, and Development and Marketing, as well as Finance and HR, which provide support. The organisation is divided into ten administrative areas, and the company has offices in Södermalm, Skärholmen, Skarpnäck and Hässelby.
