The Ports of Stockholm Group consists of the parent company Stockholms Hamn AB and the subsidiary Kapellskärs Hamn AB. Stockholms Hamn AB is a wholly owned subsidiary of Stockholms Stadshus AB.
Stockholms Hamn
- offers berths and facilities primarily for ferry, cruise and container traffic
- maintains and develops ports and inner city quays
- promotes traffic in the archipelago and seaborne local transport.
The elected representatives on Stockholms Hamn’s Executive Board make decisions on behalf of the company. Stockholms Hamn must then execute these decisions.
