Kulturhuset Stadsteatern AB
Kulturhuset Stadsteatern is a place for dialogue and reflection on the present day and the issues of our time. This operational area includes theatre, dance, music, debate, art, fashion, film, literary events and several libraries.
Kulturhuset Stadsteatern also runs a stage for children and young people in Skärholmen, an operation in Vällingby and Parkteatern, which performs in Stockholm’s parks during the summertime.
The operation started in 1960 in Folkets hus at Norra Bantorget, and moved to its current premises in Kulturhuset in 1990. Since 1 July 2013, Kulturhuset has also been part of Stockholms Stadsteater AB. The operation is called Kulturhuset Stadsteatern.
The elected representatives on Kulturhuset Stadsteatern’s Executive Board make decisions on behalf of the company. Kulturhuset Stadsteatern must then execute the Executive Board’s decisions.

Organisation
Kulturhuset Stadsteatern is headed by CEO Malin Dahlberg. The company consists of seven divisions with responsibility for: Theatre, Dance, Art/Design, Literature, Music, Film and Forum/Debate.
