The Chief Guardian Committee
The Chief Guardian Committee is responsible for the City’s work in supervising the administration of guardians and guardianships. Supervision shall guarantee the rights of persons who are unable to take care of themselves, manage their property or otherwise protect their own rights.
The Chief Guardian Committee is responsible for the Chief Guardian Department.
The committee meets 11 times a year. The committee consists of five members and five substitute members.
The Chief Guardian Committee is appointed by the City Council.
