Submitting comments
Your viewpoints are important for the City of Stockholm’s activities. They help us to constantly improve and develop our service. You are welcome to send comments via e-service, post or email.
Do you want to submit a comment, complaint or suggested improvement regarding the City’s operations? If so, please make direct contact with the staff of the operation.
You can also phone the City’s citizens’ advice bureaus, write a letter to the department concerned, or send an email.
You may of course submit comments anonymously. If you provide your name and address, phone number or email address, the department you have contacted will inform you how your comments are being dealt with.
We need to process your personal data in order to respond to your question. We do this in accordance with current privacy legislation.
