Fees for municipal honorary positions
Decisions on meeting fees for democratically elected members of councils, committees, executive boards and other bodies are made by the City Council. A review takes place every year.
In accordance with an agreement between all parties at the City Hall, parties are entitled, during their term of office, to a certain level of remuneration for elected representatives working on a full-time or part-time basis.
Furthermore, the agreement allows the parties, within the framework for allocated resources, to choose a different distribution between political secretaries, paid elected representatives and office staff.
